In essence,

Step 2: Deselect them (I.E's tool button  --> Toolbars --> untick the toolbar)

Step 3: Close and start the browser

Step 4: Access the new ICEMS

If still not ok, you have to uninstall it at Settings | Control Panel | Add Remove Programs

Step 1. Close all browsers.

Step 2: Click Start Button (bottom left) and click Settings | Control Panel

Step 3: Click Add and Remove Programs. You will see a list of installed applications.

Step 4: Find the name of the toolbar(s) in the list.

Step 5: Click Change/Remove

Step 6: Repeat for all toobars - goto Step 5.
